Viewing event logs
Click Windows+ Rto open the Run window .

Go to Windows Logs , then Application if there are application related issues. However, go to System if there are System related issues.

5. Configure firewall settings.

In the left pane, click Advanced settings to open the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security window .

Click “Inbound Rules” on the left panel.
Find the “Remote wp-optimize does not have Desktop (TCP-In)” rule in the middle pane and make sure it allows RDP traffic on port 3389 .
Select it and check if it is disabled. If yes, click Enable Rule on the right panel.
Enable the ERROR_VC_DISCONNECTED rule
If you don’t see the rule, click New Rule in the Actions section .

Select Port , then click Next

Select TCP and enter 3389 as the port number, then click Next .

Press Windowsthe key, type control panel in the search box, and then click Open from the list of options.
