We have a follow-up to the invoicing survey. Last time we learned that the variance in time needed to create campaigns is huge. 64% of respondents charge an hourly rate and 45% a fixed monthly rate. 41% measure to the minute and 43% round up to the quarter hour.

And what did we find out in the second survey?
